Human Resources tells you to apply online and it appears as if your resumé disappeared into a black hole.

Here is really what happens:
on average, a resumé will get 300 hits (CareerBuilder will tell you the exact number); it takes 8 months to get a job, 5 out of 1,000 resumés will be seen by a decision maker. It is IMPORTANT to network!

Participants: This encompasses the unemployed, underemployed, dissatisfied employees, considering self employment (free agency), individuals who have been laid off, fired, quit, graduated, or considering a change in career direction.

Visions: To experience Kansas, with an emphasis on Wichita and Kansas City, making National News as an integrated community with industry, government, and employees working together creating needed security of employments, and job satisfaction of employees.

Our Purpose: To bring God-centered quality of life back into the families and lives of people suffering from the lack of appropriate income and the serious financial issues by job loss.

Bottom Line: "Be all you can be"! This applies to every person, organization, church, and company.
